Privacy policy

Alamo City Home Pros ("we", "us") is a free quote-matching service for homeowners in the San Antonio, Texas area. We are not a contractor. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect when you ask for a quote, what we do with it, and how to ask us to delete it. Alamo City Home Pros is run by Setline Digital.
What we collect
When you send a quote request, through the form on this website or through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, we collect what you give us:
- your name
- your phone number
- your email address (if the form asks for it)
- your zip code
- details about your project (for example, the kind of project, its size and your timeline)
When you send the website form, it also sends the page you sent it from and, if you arrived from an ad or a link, the ad or link details in the web address (for example, a campaign name) and the site that linked you. To remember those details while you move between pages, your browser keeps them in its session storage until you close the tab. If sending your request fails, your browser keeps a copy of it and tries again on your next visit, for up to 7 days. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
How we use it
- To call you about your request (and to email you if you gave us your email address).
- To try to match you with one independent local service provider in your area, by sharing your request with them so they can contact you about a quote. We ask for your OK on the phone before we pass it on, and we can't promise a match every time.
- To keep a record of requests and to see which of our ads bring in requests.
Who we share it with
- One local service provider. The independent business we match you with gets your contact details and project details, so they can quote your project. They are a separate business, and their own privacy practices apply to what they do with it.
- Companies that help us run the service, such as our website host and the software that stores quote requests. They may use your information only to provide that help to us.
- When the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal request.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else for their marketing.
Facebook and Instagram lead forms
If you send a request through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects that information under its own privacy policy and passes it to us. This policy covers what we do with it after we receive it.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for 12 months, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see below).
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop contacting you. Email us at kaleb@setlinedigital.com with the name and phone number you used, and tell us what you would like us to do. If we already shared your request with a local service provider, we will tell you who, so you can contact them as well. We honor these requests wherever you live.
Children
This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
